That's reason why our traceability system starts from raw material procurement and continues to on-site delivery, helping us to take care of our hydraulic cylinders even years after the sale.
Product Warranty
HUTCHIN provides a two-year free warranty on HUTCHIN hydraulic cylinders against product quality problems caused by defects in material or workmanship. (For earth-moving and heavy-duty transportation application, the warranty period is one year).
This warranty does not cover situations where the product or parts thereof have been misused, dropped, modified, used for functions other than those for which they were designed, or used in an abnormal manner.
Determine whether the product falls within the scope of the warranty and how the warranty is to be implemented:
When applying for the warranty, customers provide photos and videos of the problematic cylinder or send the problematic cylinder to HUTCHIN. HUTCHIN checks whether a product or component manufactured by HUTCHIN is defective. Regardless of whether the defect is caused by manufacturing negligence or other reasons, HUTCHIN will provide free repair service or replacement of new hydraulic cylinders for customers and bear the transportation cost.
We ship your cylinders with 100% care. We take the time to ensure that your hydraulic cylinder is properly packaged before it is shipped to you.
For ordinary hydraulic cylinders, we will first wrap them with plastic film, and then put the wrapped hydraulic cylinders into a wooden crate. The wooden crate is then fixed with steel frame around it to ensure that the wooden crate will not be damaged during the entire transportation process.
For large cylinders, we will wrap these cylinders with pearl cotton(EPE) first, and then pack them in steel boxes.
We can also customize packaging according to customer requirements to meet customers' transportation and warehousing needs.
